Team Checkup

Knowledge is power. Knowing how team members perceive the effectiveness of the team is the first step to strengthening the connections between them and tapping the synergy they provide.

The following set of behaviors for team effectiveness has evolved from our years of working with teams. Yes, your team may have issues not included here; but if the result of this checkup is positive, you will have little trouble addressing additional factors since these are the basics.

Use the following statements to rate the present health of your team. When you're finished you will be presented with a graph that can lead you to decisions on where you need to start. If this exercise leaves you with a desire to find out how each one of the team members actually feels, contact us for a more formal evaluation. Using 20/20 Insight software, we can get the numbers as well as the comments that explain them.
