CONFLICT MAGIC
Description | | Let's say you are in a team meeting and a disagreement begins. What do you do? If you are like most of us the conflict distresses you and you attempt to eliminate it. However, current research on the dynamics of teamwork suggest that if handled properly conflict can enhance team performance. Conflict can be a powerful team tool when clear goals and mission have been established and have been embraced by individual team members.
