Meet Pamela Cole
Pamela Cole is a researcher, writer, speaker and consultant who is internationally recognized for her simple, easy-to-implement, solutions for frustrating and complex problems in the workplace. She brings a depth of understanding of the applications of DiSC®, the time-honored 4 factor behavioral model for understanding and managing behavior published and distributed by Inscape Publishing, Inc. In the last 30 years, not only has Ms. Cole conducted workshops and seminars attended by over 40,000 people, she has also conducted research and developed assessments and training courses that are used by a global network of consultants in training, consulting and coaching applications in the workplace.
Ms. Cole is the author of
DiSC® Indra and co-developer of the
DiSC® PPSS. She is also the author of the
Role Behavior Analysis™, the
DiSC® People-Reading Guide,Managing Performance Action Planner™ and the DiSC® Management Strategies training program—all published and distributed by Inscape Publishing, Inc.. She is acknowledged as an international expert on the history, development and applications of the DiSC® behavioral system.
