Team Leader Checkup

According to Gallup, the most critical person in any organization for transmitting culture and creating a positive work environment is the team leader. A strength deployment assessment, such as this Team Leader Checkup, provides a non-threatening approach to getting feedback on critical behaviors. This approach does not solicit negative feedback, but instead seeks to provide insight to the degree that these behaviors have been developed as strengths.
