How Does DiSC Style Impact Delegation?  
      Has anyone conducted research on how a person's DiSC style affects his or her approach to delegation?  Perhaps, but we haven't seen it.  But the question often comes up so here is a response Dee Clarke offered a client.  And, for the latest DiSC report addressing the issue of Delegation, take a look at the new Everything DiSC Management Report.
DiSC - The Tight Pattern
