Train-The-Trainer Options

From the very beginning, The TEAM Approach has included you, the in-house trainer, in our business plan. Virtually every product we represent and every program we are prepared to deliver can be passed on to you. If you review the programs listed in this section of our site you will notice that many have facilitator kits ready to go. With just a few hours of preparation you will be able to present the basic concepts to your team members or weave them into a training intervention you are working on.

Since we are in the business of helping you develop effective business relationships, you will notice that many of our programs and interventions use the DiSC Profile. Accordingly, we offer a DiSC Certification program to teach you how to use this powerful tool in your relationship-based programs. And the grand-daddy of them all, Adventures in Attitudes, is also offered to in-house facilitators along with extensive support materials and services.
